Pak Gulf Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. (PGCL) is a prominent real estate firm based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Its most current project is also the most high profile. The Centaurus is a mega mix use development project comprising of an International standard Mega Mall, ultra Luxurious Apartments & Penthouses, modern Executive Offices and a Seven Star Deluxe Hotel. The building has been designed by world famous Architects ATKINS. ATKINS is most well known for its design and construction of the imposing Burj-Al-Arab amongst other international projects.

The Challenge:
The Centaurus has many different categories of spaces available for sale. These include apartments, offices and an indoor shopping area, each divided into further categories based on size and features. In addition, there are several different payment plans with a variety of markup rates attached which makes it complicated to help a customer with payment plans.
